If you are matched with a lender, you will be transacting directly with that independent third party, under that lender's own terms, privacy policy, and loan agreement. We are not a party to any loan agreement between you and a lender, and we are not responsible for a lender's acts, omissions, representations, fees, or collection practices. Review each lender's disclosures carefully before accepting any offer.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation; or scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our prior written consent.
